Fall Festival

Camp Dick Robinson Elementary was filled with excitement as families gathered for this year’s Fall Festival, hosted by the CDR PTO. The annual event serves as a fundraiser to support CDR students and programs, while providing a fun evening for the entire community.

Families purchased wristbands to enjoy a wide range of hands-on activities, including bounce houses, rides, face painting, laser tag, a dunking booth, a pumpkin patch, food trucks, a cake walk, and balloon animals—just to name a few! Local vendors were also on hand selling crafts and goods, and community partners such as the Garrard County Public Library and First Southern National Bank joined in on the fun.

Assistant Principal Kacie Gilliam expressed her appreciation for the teamwork and dedication that made the evening a success.

“We’re so grateful to have such an active and supportive PTO,” Gilliam said. “They work tirelessly to organize events like this that bring our families together and make CDR such a special place.”

Parents also shared how much they enjoyed the evening.

“It was such a great night! Everything was in one place for the kids to enjoy,” said a CDR parent. “We love visiting the school for events like this and seeing the community come together.”

The CDR Fall Festival was a wonderful celebration of school spirit and family fun.
