Camp Dick Robinson's 5th graders are gearing up for an exciting time at JA Biztown today! 💼 But before they participate in this hands-on learning experience, our very own Lancaster Mayor, Mr. Michael Gaffney, and City Councilman, Mr. Micah Wade, stopped by to discuss local government and answer student questions. At JA Biztown, students get to immerse themselves in a simulated town, where they'll operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and even vote for mayor! It's a great opportunity for our students to connect classroom learning with real-world skills. A big thank you to Mayor Gaffney and City Councilman Wade for taking the time to visit CDR- enriching our students' understanding of local government!

Family Paint Night at Camp Dick Robinson was a colorful success!🎨 Sponsored by CDR PTO, and led by CDR Art teacher, Mr. A, intermediate students crafted vibrant landscape paintings while primary students had a blast making bug catchers! Check out their fun!

Jump into the excitement of Camp Dick Robinson's School Jump Rope Contest, presented by Learnin' the Ropes Jump Rope Organization! Across 3 continents, 5 countries, and 11 states, 59 schools rallied with 3000+ competitors from 1st to 5th grade. With four events- Single Bounce, Speed Step, Push Up, and Double Under- students showcased their skills! Stayed tuned for Camp Dick Robinson's winners! 👏
