Exciting news at Camp Dick Robinson Elementary! We’re proud to announce that CDR received a Blue School Rating! Our staff was surprised with blue confetti and a blue cake to celebrate this outstanding accomplishment! Thank you to our incredible team for your hard work and commitment to excellence! Kentucky Summative Assessment results are in: Camp Dick Robinson is a BLUE School! 👏 We’re thrilled to announce that Camp Dick Robinson has achieved Very High (Blue) status on the KSA! Here’s a quick snapshot of our success: 🔵16.7-point improvement in Reading and Math 🔵7.7-point increase in Science, Social Studies, and Writing 🔵Overall score jumped by 11.8 points, earning us Blue status! We couldn’t be prouder of our students and staff for their hard work and dedication!

Weekly Announcements: September 23rd - 27th

Students K-5 joined Mrs. Parmley today for their first, "Kid College" where they discussed school-wide behavior expectations, engaged in fun movement and lively discussion around what it means to be a "Kid of Character". This month's character trait is: Integrity. Ask your child how they can "Do the right thing, even when no one is looking"!

A BIG thank you to Representative David Meade for taking the time to visit each of our schools in Garrard County! He engaged with our students, listened to their questions, and had great conversations with our administration. We appreciate his support and commitment to our schools and community!

CDR is excited to support Garrard County Homecoming with Dress Up Days next week! Yay! Go Lions!

Garrard County Schools and Lancaster Elementary School are aware of a post that is being circulated about a school named Lancaster School. That school is located in the United Kingdom, but we have notified local law enforcement so we can continue to monitor. Our SROs continue to be active and engaged in all our buildings. We will continue to work with law enforcement to maintain the highest level of safety possible.
