
Congratulations to our Garrard students who excelled at the Central Kentucky JAG Career Development State Competition in Lexington this week! Keannah Childress and Sarayah Miller, GCHS Seniors, secured 4th Place statewide for their creative business plan, while Austin Karaglanis, GMS 8th Grader, received 1st Place, earning the title of State Champion in Financial Literacy! Way to go! 👏👏



Garrard County High School's TATU (Teens Against Tobacco Use) group educated our 3rd and 4th grade students district-wide with an engaging puppet show on the dangers of smoking and vaping.🚭 It is so great to see our older students mentoring our younger students, providing knowledge and awareness.






A musical Monday for our Paint Lick Elementary Panthers!🎶🎵Our PLE students sang, danced, and played instruments during a performance for their classmates by day, followed by a evening performance for families! Check out the fun!

Get ready for fitness stations led by our GC Fitness Teachers, a make-and-take healthy snack station, hygiene giveaways, health checks, mental health resources, and free vision screenings. Family Paint Night at Camp Dick Robinson was a colorful success!🎨 Sponsored by CDR PTO, and led by CDR Art teacher, Mr. A, intermediate students crafted vibrant landscape paintings while primary students had a blast making bug catchers! Check out their fun!






Our exceptional students from Lancaster Elementary and Paint Lick Elementary visited the Little Crooked Creek Safari today. Our students spent the morning getting up close and personal with animals from around the world. From feeding kangaroos to meeting zebras, our students had a wild time exploring and learning! Members from our local Farm Bureau Board paid a special visit to Paint Lick Elementary for AG Literacy Week! Each member had the opportunity to visit classrooms and engage students by reading agriculture-related books. Thank you for visiting!📚
