Dear Parent/Guardian,
At Lancaster Elementary, we are committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of every student. As part of this commitment, our school counselor provides a variety of services including:
• Individual counseling (short-term, one-on-one support)
• Small group counseling (students with similar needs working together)
• Classroom and lunch bunch sessions (building social skills, friendships, and problem-solving
strategies)
These services are designed to help students build confidence, improve peer relationships, and develop positive coping skills. Counseling at school is short-term and solution-focused. It is not a substitute for outside therapy, but rather a way to help students succeed during the school day.

Our LES kiddos have had an Amazing start to the 25-26 school year. Our Leopards are resilient, they push through hard times, we cry together, laugh together, learn about each other together. There's something special about this place. We're so thankful for each and every one of you.
