Parents/Guardians will need an active parent portal account starting July 1st, 2022 to register students for the upcoming school year- this will help replace the numerous hard copies parents/guardians fill out on back to school nights. If you do not have an active parent portal account, please visit your student’s school to set up your account. Your school will provide your user specific activation key. If you have multiple students in the district- setting up your account at one school will include all of your students. You will need to bring a valid ID to set up your account. You will not be able to register your student(s) for the next school year without creating this account. If you have any questions regarding your Parent Portal account, please contact your school.

Meet Tricia Jackson, our APRN:
Tricia Jackson graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been practicing as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner for four years. Previously, Jackson was an oncology certified nurse at University of Kentucky for twelve years.
Tricia Jackson has been a Garrard County resident since 2002 and says, "I am honored to be able to help my fellow Garrard county residents stay healthy and recover from illness. I look forward to making a positive impact on members of this community."

There has been some confusion over the yearbook sales at LES. Our yearbooks are now $25 dollars. The price changed after April 1st. Our yearbooks are hardback and are a little more than the other schools, but they are wonderfully put together by our students !!! We still have plenty of this year's yearbooks for purchase, along with yearbooks from the past two school years ! If you wish to purchase this year's yearbook it is $25, if you wish to purchase any of the other years (2019-2020 and 2020-2021) it is $5 a book!

GCHS Girls and Boys Basketball teams are sponsoring a camp for younger players! You can register your player on the first day of camp, May 31st- beginning at 8:30AM. Cost is $35 for the four day camp, money can be paid on the first day of camp when registering (checks payable to GCHS).
